Client Testimonials
The following are some unsolicited comments from our clients.

Tylor provided Cisco training for me and 4 members of my team at a pace and depth that was perfect.
Everyone who took the certification exam passed with flying colors but, more importantly,
we all came away with a greatly enhanced skillset. Excellent training!"
CL - CCNP Classes |
Tylor has provided me and other members of the company CCNA training over many years.
He has knowledge and understanding of TCP\IP and the Cisco product family that is second to none.
Throughout the course Tylor made it easy to interpret the course concepts into real life examples.
The course labs and exercises help prepare you for the certification exams and your job.
I would highly recommend Intelligence Quest all your network training needs.
TM - Custom Cisco Classes
Tylor provided CCNA certification instruction to a group of CA employees which included me.
He has a tremendous depth and breadth of knowledge on TCP/IP Networking, and did a fantastic
job of applying real-world scenarios to the course content, which made it very easy to
translate concepts into practical use. In addition, he has a good sense of humor which kept
otherwise dull discussion of 1's and 0's more interesting.
RE - Network Infrastructure Custom Class
Tylor was my instructor (CCNA). He has an extremely deep understanding of not only current
Cisco solutions, but also the body of standards and evolutionary line of technologies that
the current state-of-the-art is built upon. For me, this historical perspective was the
difference between simply memorizing an obscure command set or protocol and truly
understanding the "why" and "how". The difference between a "paper cert” and one
that can provide consistent value to the organization... is an understanding of
the "why" and "how"
RC - CCNA Boot Camp
[DL to his Supervisor]
I wanted to take a minute to thank you for setting up the recent CCNA
class in Portsmouth. I feel, and have felt for several years, that this
is the exact type of training NVM presales needs to be successful in the
field. We all know the products, but without a good understanding of
the underlying infrastructures we're managing and how to talk to the
administrators of those networks, we lose some credibility. In the few
weeks since the class I have already noticed that I don't have to "shy
away" from some of the questions I used to not quite understand. It's
one thing to know our products can meet a specific requirement, it's
quite another thing to understand why the customer would have that
requirement. I feel that the CCNA class has helped me tremendously in
this regard. Thanks again for setting it up and I'll look forward to
future opportunities for classes like this.
